Can I pause my subscription?

YES! You can pause your subscription once per year for up to 3 months at a time.

This feature provides flexibility during temporary circumstances and is a great option if you need to take a break from your studies or training.

Plus, you will maintain the student price point when you return to your subscription.

During the paused period:

  • You will not be billed.
  • Access to subscription content will be restricted.
  • At the end of the pause period, the subscription will automatically reactivate, and regular billing will resume.

How to pause your subscription:

1. Log in to your account and go to the Dashboard.

2. Click on Purchases.

3. Scroll down to locate the Active Plan and click on Manage.

4. Click Pause under the active plan.

5. Choose the duration of the pause. You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months.

6. Click Pause to finalize.

7. You will receive a confirmation email when your pause takes effect.

Note: You can only pause your membership once per 12-month period. This means you will need to wait a full 12 months to pause your subscription a second time.

Note: Pausing Subscriptions takes place at the end of your current billing cycle. E.g. if you have 3 weeks until renewal of your subscription, pausing it today, will not pause it immediately. It will pause your subscription in 3 weeks for the duration of time you chose before renewing again.
