How can I best utilize technology to enhance my online learning experience?

Support Team Updated by Support Team

We understand that everyone's tech-savviness varies. With that in mind, we've strived to make our programs user-friendly for all skill levels. And, as technology evolves, so will our adaptability!

Our courses are hosted on Teachable, a renowned platform. To make your online learning smoother, Teachable's tech team has shared some guidelines:

  1. While Teachable offers an app, it's best to avoid it for online learning due to its limited functionality compared to the web version.
  2. Using a desktop or laptop, whether PC or Mac, provides the most comprehensive learning experience.
  3. Tablets and iPads can be used, but please access the courses through a web browser instead of the app.
  4. While it's possible to access the content on your phone, it's not recommended due to the extensive nature of our courses. If you must use your phone, use a web browser. Resort to phones only if necessary.
  5. Safari and Chrome are the best browsers for Teachable. Ensure you have an updated version of either.
  6. For a secure browsing experience and to avoid cache issues, always open a new Private or Incognito browser window when logging in.

Bookmark this LOGIN URL for your Teachable account. It's also handy for password resets.
