During the practicum, should we lie in Savasana ourselves or remain seated to maintain the class's energy and presence?

As a teacher, you have the choice to either join your students in Savasana or sit in Sukhasana, focusing either inwardly or on a specific Drishti point on the floor. The key is that the evaluator should clearly observe your ability to guide students safely into and out of Savasana. Ensure you provide the designated 10 minutes for Savasana, half of which should be in silence. While some teachers may find it easier to monitor time when seated, others might prefer joining their students in Savasana for grounding post-practice.

Regardless of your choice, it's crucial to remain present and attentive during Savasana, refraining from distractions or wandering thoughts. This not only reflects respect for your students but also for the sacredness of the practice.
