Do I have to teach a Pranayama OR Meditation from the curriculum in my practicum submission?

Support Team Updated by Support Team

For the practicum, we request that you teach EITHER a meditation OR pranayama from the course curriculum. We advise choosing a pranayama OR meditation technique from the training material. This approach not only showcases what you've absorbed from the course but also ensures the evaluating teacher can gauge your comprehension and provide detailed feedback.

If you're concerned about too much introductory content in your class, contemplate positioning the meditation or pranayama towards the session's conclusion. Many students find it easier to delve into pranayama or meditation after they've engaged in asana, benefiting from the physical movement beforehand.
