Upon completing the Practicum Video Class Submission form, instructions for video upload should have been emailed to you automatically. Kindly check your spam or junk folder for the same. If you haven't received them, please follow the guidelines provided below.
- Go to this WeTransfer Link
- Add your VIDEO file (Important: The TO email address should always remain info@youryogaflow.com - please do NOT change this).
- Add YOUR email address in the FROM
- In the message box, add your complete, full name and the program this video is for (Example: Jane Marcus 200 Hour).
- Click TRANSFER
